TYPES OF SHIPPING AVAILABLE
We only provide a Standard mode of shipping to our customers and it will take 10 to 12 business days for your order to get delivered.
Please note that in case of any natural calamity or disaster, the standard time of shipment might get extended
PACKAGING
All items are carefully packaged at our warehouse to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the fragile items are packed safely with high-quality bubble sheets and air cushions to secure the package. Our products are wrapped and sealed with a tamper and weatherproof packaging to ensure that you receive your order in a safe and secure condition. DELIVERY TIME & TRACKING INFORMATION
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to us. Please provide your complete and accurate address including Pin code and mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery. An email will be sent to you after the order is shipped and also once delivered, for a complete update of our delivery process. COD Policy (Short Version)
Applicable for All Cash on Delivery Orders
- All COD orders are dispatched only after telephonic confirmation with the customer.
- Once dispatched, COD orders cannot be cancelled.
- If the customer refuses, delays, or denies accepting the parcel upon delivery, a mandatory recovery charge of ₹1,100/- must be paid immediately.
- If the customer fails to pay this initial recovery amount, Weaving Mystery will initiate a legal recovery case of ₹21,000/-, which includes logistics cost, damages, legal fees, and proceedings—entirely at the customer’s cost.
- By placing a COD order, the customer agrees to these terms and accepts that all disputes and legal matters fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
