At Weaving Mystery, we take immense pride in offering products crafted with precision and care. Each product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch to ensure that you receive only the finest creations.

 

To maintain the authenticity, hygiene, and exclusivity of our premium collection, we follow a strict No Return / No Refund policy.

 

NO RETURN / NO REFUND POLICY

All purchases made on Weaving Mystery are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, except in the rare cases listed below.

  • A return or replacement will only be considered if:

  • A wrong product has been delivered (does not match the item ordered).

  • The product is damaged upon delivery. (Please do not accept any package that appears tampered or damaged.)

 

MANDATORY: UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT

 - To process any claim of damage or wrong product, a full and uncut opening/unboxing video is compulsory.

Without a proper unboxing video clearly showing:

  • The sealed package,

  • The opening of the package,

  • The product inside,

  • The claimed issue,

 
No return or replacement request will be entertained under any circumstances.

 

REPORTING TIMELINE

 

You must raise a concern within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our Customer Support at 7901919293 or emailing weavingmystery@gmail.com with:

  • The mandatory unboxing video,

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging,

  • Order details.

 

Requests without an unboxing video or raised after 48 hours will be automatically rejected.

 

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

 

  • The product must be unused, untampered, and returned with all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories.

  • Weaving Mystery reserves the right to inspect and validate every claim before approving any replacement.

  • Once approved, our team will arrange a pickup.

  • Refunds are not offered; only replacements are provided for eligible cases.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

 

  • Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • If the order has already been shipped, a ₹200 in-transit shipping charge will apply.

  • Cancellations are not permitted during sale periods.
